Mmmmmmm French bras..............
Sigh, the days of exciting lingerie are far behind me these days.
I have however just enjoyed a rather pleasant chicken Caesar salad for lunch!!!
I had a french girlfriend once who insisted all french women spent 10-20% on their skimpies...Sigh, the days of exciting lingerie are far behind me these days.

Good aftermorn, Trivs!
Just checking in, nothing to report - 15,000 steps, a gloriously sunny day, afternoon just seems to have slipped by.
Oh well.
I need to motivate myself to organise matters for tomorrow, which will involve a trip to Swanage in that there Dorset, (pronounced "Darsit") and a refurbishment of the brass plaque which my sister and I organised in memory of our departed parents. Said plaque is situated on a bench in a shelter at the far end of the pier, and seemed like a nice idea at the time, but a brass plaque in a salt-laden atmosphere needs the occasional rub with a scourer and some Solvol if it's to remain a fitting memorial, and it has fallen upon me to maintain it.
As it happens, Miss O'Logical has a week off, so she's volunteered to accompany me, which will be nice.
I'll be incommunicado tomorrow, so play nicely.

Well that was a strange day. The walls trust have heritage funding they seemed keen to spend on events, hence todays offering billed as for local residents with old buildings, that was a building inspector/conservation officer from the next county talking about Lime plaster, lime morter etc.
However I used it as a networking event and got to know several other owners, and learn a bit more history. We have a lime kiln not far from the bottom of our garden, plus spotted how a road level was raised significantly (turret tower arrow slit at road level) and the height of some of the original walls....
Also those square holes in the town walls weren't for wooden beams/structures long since gone, but for scaffolding as they built the walls.
Ended up walking through one owners garden as a short cut, then showing her our ground floor and garden.
So for house repair info, low, but for getting known and knowing people not a bad day
