To add it will all come out one day...along with leics 'enhanced fitness regime', but probably in the same timescale as city's 100 plus charges.

So about 50 to 60 years from now when all concerned have shuffled off this mortal coil.
There is a conspiracy thread somewhere. Leicester have an enhanced fitness regime?

More inhaler usage I guess.

All the refs are from the North, mostly the norh west. None from London or SE, couple midlands to west, maybe 1 south coast
Jared Gillet is from the south.

Very, very south.

I found this video really interesting as it explains why Spurs early season tactics aren't working now.

https://youtu.be/GDvK43fGYPQ?si=c5YPa_cbAPDXsax6

The old 'we've been found out' phrase might be a cliche but this does suggest a lot of Spurs' issues in recent games have been because teams are now countering the way we play by defending in a narrow back 4, and it uses good analysis from the last Liverpool game to hammer the point. I personally found it interesting, and the old 'it's not all bad' silver lining came out at the end.

The statistics are scary as well, as was the average position of our midfield in the Liverpool game. Topped off with Spurs breaking the PL record for most turnovers conceded in the defensive third ever.

Oh oh, now you've done it. The we've been found out phrase isn't very popular with some on here! biggrin

For what it's worth though I agree, even for an armchair expert like me, it's very obvious teams are now setting up to both counter our inverted fullback thing and also exploit the fact we leave only two CB's in defence when we lose the ball, which as the stats show, we now do very often.

However I will caveat that by also saying that it hasn't helped that our players look like they were already on their summer hols a month ago. For Ange ball to work, it demands high intensity and passing the ball forwards quickly but for whatever reason, the players just aren't doing it anymore.

Didn't track back enough for me.

He blamed the quagmire of a pitch and full on shoulder barging.

Lightweight.

The guy who moved from Australia to live and study in Liverpool and isn't allowed to referee their matches due to conflict of interest?

Seems legit.

100% First time in 12 years Bayern haven't won a trophy. It's absolutely ridiculous.

Luka Modric left Tottenham at 27 with 0 trophies won and now he's 38 and Real Madrid's joint most decorated player with 25 trophies.

Spursy were terrible and even at 4-0 I didn’t think we (LFC) were electric either, which shows how bad they were. Once the foot came off the gas spursy were always going to score a consolation effort.
Just who exactly is your audience with this SSN buzzword? Are they in the room with us right now?

Another angle, Kane is like when Ronaldo rejoined united, scored a heap of goals but as the team had to be sculpted around him and it caused way more net harm.

Is harry Kane himself the problem? Fair enough spurs never winning the league, but him failing to drag even a league cup out of them… and now the same with Bayern.

He's played in 2 League Cup finals, 1 CL Final, 1 European Championship Final, 1 WC Semi Final and 1 CL Semi Final and managed 1 goal (Penalty) and 1 assist - Both of which were for Bayern this season. Now I don't know whether that is bad luck, a statistical anomaly or he just can't do it in the biggest games? You could of course make an argument that in every one of those games (barring the WC semi) his was playing for the weaker team but I do query the narrative that he "deserves to win trophies" and Spurs held him back, when he's clearly not produced his best in finals....Bale scored 3 CL final goals, so much for the Spurs curse....

I just think he made a pact with the devil, where he acquired his footballing ability in return for never winning anything..... evil

He's scored 40+ goals for Bayern in season 1. He did his job.
