Some good results, and the fight in the crowd added to the event
I feel that was a publicity job to hype the fight. Colby was very disappointing. I put money on him to win and expected him to do Round 5 x 5 but he tried to play the striking game with Leon and got picked apart.
I can't say it was an impressive win by Leon but he did what was needed. I'll be backing Belal if that fight happens.

They dont get knocked out though.....Darren Till.Fair play to Paddy for making it this far but he will be KO'd as soon as he steps up. Then what....
If you're in need of a fight to watch, Haggerty v Lobo from the weekend was a cracker: https://youtu.be/Sl9iNtCqXGk?t=171

Still think MMA leads the way. Competitive fights, no defending unbeaten records with easy fights, sport evolves so quickly, see the weekends 'torch passing' in two of the main bill fights.
I agree with this...I got in a huff when TNT started putting PPV on some of the numbered cards, but back watching again and enjoying it
What a night of fights! The prelims were good as it is.
Kayla Harrison - I don't know much about women's UFC but she was pretty astonishing. I can see her becoming champion in no time.
Jiří fight was entertaining although I don't fancy his chances against Pereira.
It was a bit annoying that Gaethje got his nose broken in the first round as it affected the pace of the fight. He kept ducking and getting caught by the spinning kick. Max was catching him with the eye pokes and pushing through the leg kicks. The fight ended in such a Gaethje way. With <10 seconds he could have taken the final bell but ended up flat on his face. It was going to be a loss either way.
Zhang - it was amusing how Zhang's opponent was completely out at end of first round and took a few seconds to figure out where she was and what was happening.
Pereira just looked comfortable and did what he's done all along. Not sure why they don't take him to the ground instead of standing and trading. Heavyweight division is another animal and I can see Aspinall ragdolling him if they ever met in the octagon.

No idea how Pereira makes Light Heavy...or how he made middle. Guys a unit isn't he, like the Terminator! Highlight was him waving the ref off before knocking his opponent out!
