Not sure now, I could be wrong actually, I thought all scenarios involving youth groups and employers was covered by the Sexual Offences (Amendment) Act 2000 (Abuse of Trust) but it appears not necessarily in this case. I'll be interested to see if he manages to escape any criminal/civil legal action.
