Will be such a shame if it has ended.

Big time commitment for them every week I’m sure, but we need to know how Manish gets on with his 456. How Chris’ M5 lets him down and all the other news.

I’ve really missed them in my Saturday morning walk this last fortnight

If nothing else, I hope Chris does a full sit-down interview with Neil, a fascinating man with a clearly fascinating car collection (past & present).

With Manish's connections, is a high quality, esoteric, location rich offshoot on one of the streaming platforms too much to hope for?

Chris was here today with one of the other podcast guys, grey hair but I don’t remember his name.

Chris had borrowed the U.K. Porsche RS to take around.
Where is ‘here’?
Over there, where PRO5T is.
Sorry, Nürburgring.
Friday Nurburgring video with CH and his yellow Porsche making an appearance.

Oh my days, I didn’t realise he was filming that eek At least the car looks good.

The podcast aint going anywhere.
Too aligned to the marketing of Collecting Cars.
Plus they enjoy it and it feeds egos!

Absolutely this. I think he is a fascinating character, with a load of great stories to tell.

Although I love the podcast as is, if it came back as just Harris and Neil I wouldn’t be disappointed.

Neil could easily carry his own podcast not just ok cars, but his business background.

+1. The video they did with CH being Neil's chauffeur for a day was great.

I think one of the reasons it works so well is that they are all experts in their respective fields who absolutely love cars and car stuff. Yes there’s a bit of bingo on when CC will mention the Nurburgring or his boys, MP will say “Beautiful” or Neil will admit to his latest purchase but that to me is part of it.
It’s five guys with incredible knowledge about the absolute minutiae of the car world we inhabit and grew up with, particularly for those in a similar age bracket.

It would be a crying shame if it didn’t continue in the same or similar format as you don’t get to hear things like a film director discussing the car chase in a Bond film for example, it’s so much more than ‘just cars’.

Considering the protagonists involved, gathering together for a 60-90 minute podcast is possibly not the most economical use of time.

Whilst it's a great podcast and I enjoy it a lot, it was clearly there as a promo for Collecting Cars whilst everybody had some free time.

Perhaps (hopefully) it'll continue but less regularly - monthly or something.

I’d happily listen to Clifford and Harris as a double act effing and jeffing every week, the others meh!

That's exactly my thoughts on it, given they're all clearly busy people I imagine this was probably a struggle to arrange every week.

I think they did a couple of episodes at a time, but still probably hard to find the time for that.

I'm a bit gutted it's ended, it was part of Friday for me and I am missing it.

I am also disappointed. It was my favourite podcast for sure.
The podcast was funny, insightful and interesting. I always found it odd how often my opinions aligned with theirs too!
Most other car podcasts are either immensely boring (see The Intercooler) or hosted by overly excitable, irritating tts.

It will be missed for sure, the highlight of my listening week.

Indeed, particularly the part in bold font.

Yep. The Intercooler only seems to be any good when they have a guest on.

Collecting Cars and Smith and Sniff are the two I tend to listen too. I subscribe to others, but only tend to listen if the synopsis appeals. As some people have a face for radio, some journalists should be read but not heard.

The Intercooler. The foghorn of faux pomposity himself, just speaks over guests and Dan. Excruciating levels of dull anecdotes and braying self importance combined with a cosmic level of lack of self awareness. Dan and Johnny Smith would be a far better combo.

CC. Done. CH and Neil were fantastic. Need their own show. Manish would laugh hysterically at his own gas bill, Chris Cooper is lovely but about as much charisma as broccoli, and the less said about Schöffel Waffle the better.

Hit or miss for me. I do enjoy certain aspects, but it is all taken incredibly seriously.
