Didn't go that well for trump lawyers yesterday, who switched tactics to try to discredit Daniels, as one commentator MSNBC host Nicolle Wallace put it "It the almost methodic way every question bounced back between 'you're crazy,' 'you're a slut,' 'you have sex on camera,' 'you're too crazy to know the difference.'"
She pointed out again it was about the power difference, that at the time it was trump with the power, the casting couch give me sex and I'll put you on the Apprentice, "It was Weinstein-esque, and he played it,"
It has switched, Daniels was the stronger person in court.
There were several occasions when trump lawyer Necheles would misquote Daniels saying things and Daniels would come back asking for proof she said that. When Necheles provided the exhibit with the quote, it showed Naceles had misquoted it trying to make Daniels look bad and Daniels never said that.

So another interesting point from yesterday is that Dan Scavino had access to trump’s twitter and would draft tweets to print out, then trump would add capitals, exclamation points and change/add bits to the drafts before they were sent.
