Good morrow fellow Trivialities everywhere
Another good night's sleep, this is becoming a habit now!!!
Apparently it will be as nice today as it was yesterday, with any luck we'll get out in the garden this afternoon to strim the edges and repot some plants, there's been idle chatter about staying out in the garden after to have the firepit lit!!!
No point in me looking for the northern lights down here, far too much light pollution, especially with Fawley refinery the other side of Southampton water from us!!!
It is something I would love to see though!!!
Have you been doing much diving lately paua??

Last time was coming up two (2) weeks ago. Th sea's not been friendly of late.
Sorry to hear that old chap, but I suppose that you are entirely at the mercy of the sea in your job.

This was local to us at 55°N.
I heard a very interesting lady on the wireless this morning; professor of something or other at the OU who kindly informed me that the sun has a 22 year cycle of fiddling around with its magnetic field which results in (I'm sure she said) billions of tons of charged gas plasma being ejected at a very smart pace indeed.
This happened two days ago and the plasma arrived here last night, where it got drawn into our magnetic field at either pole. Which is why aurorae are more visible at high latitudes.
This time around it's been classified as a level 5 geomagnetic storm event (which is the top quality apparently).
Interestingly, although trivially, the green colour is from the charged particles interacting with oxygen and the pink is from either nitrogen or carbon dioxide. I think nitrogen, but I'm not certain because the toaster popped up just then and I lost the thread.

Gude Moaneve, Irradiated Trivialites! .
Should we all be wearing sunblock at night nowadays, or kipping in a lead-lined casket?
It the latter, how would my elbows be able to detect wood?
Problems problems problems...
It's a sultry 23 centipedes already here oop norf, and I'm luvvin' it!
I'll give it until the beginning of October to stop.
I'm expecting the hose pipe ban to be imposed imminently, so I'm just going to water my lovely wisteria.
The cascades of blue-purple blossoms smell divine.
Isn't Nature wonderful?

Morning all
Some lovely pictures of the sky there, it's been a bit hazy here this morning but the sun's breaking through now
The search for a car continues. Futtette found an advert for a TVR Sagaris, eighteen years old it is.
Hellfire, I didn't realise they sell for so much money.
(About the same as a one year old F Type R )
"Ooh, that looks a proper old beast, Bom"
"I'm sure it is. Does it come with twelve rolls of Duck tape and a mig welder?"
"Miserable old futtin goat"

Well that was a wonderful display that the Northern Lights put on last night and well into this morning. It could be seen across the whole of the UK as it had an intensity score of 8. A major solar expulsion and will continue into tonight.
Here’s your daily reminder.
And this is where we are staying just west of Callandar, lit up by the green hues of the lights just past midnight.
Thanks for the reminder, Hammo. Here’s your daily reminder.

Are you going to show us the Callandar Girls?

Ah but the exclusivity..
Trouble is a Sag is quite rigid, not comfortable for your time of life
What you need is a Tuscan, T350 for roof off two seater.
I should bloody well hope it is.Trouble is a Sag is quite rigid, not comfortable for your time of life

"It's a bit stiff, I'd like something with a bit of flex in it"
"Give it a couple of years and the chassis will be as rotten as a peach. It'll flex all over the shop, you'll have a job to get the doors to shut, sir"
"Excellent. That's put my mind at rest"

Didn't Pushfit treat himself to a T350?
Where is the old bugger anyhow, still hiding out in that bloody ditch?
He did indeed, Bomma. And very nice it is too. Where is the old bugger anyhow, still hiding out in that bloody ditch?
I haven't seen him for a while, but when I get mobile again, I'll pop in and see him when I'm down that way.
If you fancy a Tuscan, go for a Tuscan S.
The T350 isn't a convertible, but it has removable Targa panels.
I think it's a much purer style than the Sag.
The Tamora is more of a convertible, if that's what you fancy.
But make sure the engine of any you shortlist is properly sorted. .
Have you considered a second hand Lamborghini?
