What's up with Tierney? Was class 3/4 years ago, was gutted when we never signed him from Celtic as I knew Chilwell would be going 12 months later.
Injuries and his bomb down the wing and cross it in doesn't fit Arteta-ball vision, rather a wander around the midfield to the centre spot and give it away again and again Zinchenko (with Tomi now in that role with added ability to tackle/ track back but perhaps look a little out of place in the final third).

That and Tierney was so white he was glowing at a previous Dubai training jolly that Arteta couldn't stand the glare...

Increased interest (and money) in the womens game backed by Arsenal increasing number of home games at The Emirates

https://www.arsenal.com/news/emirates-stadium-beco...

Emirates Stadium will host 11 Arsenal Women matches in the 2024/25 season, making it the main home of Arsenal Women.

We plan to play eight Barclays Women’s Super League (WSL) games at Emirates Stadium, alongside three UEFA Women’s Champions League (UWCL) fixtures, should we qualify for the group stages of the competition.

Progress to the latter stages of the UWCL would also mean all home legs in knock-out rounds would come to N5.

"Reuell Walters, one of our most promising academy talents, has opted to depart the club come the season end."

Our academy outputs seem okay, just our inability to make money off them despite throwing over the odd salaries at them whilst training up...

Do we celebrate St Bottlejobs day on Sunday or can we crack open the beers now?

Asking for most of North London.

That's that then.

Enjoy losing the league to a bunch of cheats by a point or 2.

To use a snooker reference, Arsenal needs snookers.

If you don't know what that means, it basically means you're fked.

It was a foregone conclusion really, or forlorn hope.....

Loosing to Villa twice was probably the small difference...especially the home loss.

What a bizarre set of supporters Spurs have… they had a very good chance of champions league football, especially with Villa being away to a very in form Palace, and spurs against bottom of the league.

But no, rather celebrate getting 5th. I hope city draw on last day of the season and this spurs celebrated loss is egg on their face as Arsenal win the league.

At the end of October Spurs were top of the league 2 points ahead of Arsenal and City, 3 ahead of Liverpool and 4 ahead of Villa.

And Arsenal are the bottlejobs?

The Spurs players and what Ange was saying about this game deserved credit, they went and put a professional performance in with no rolling over, but for some good goalkeeping they might have got something in this game.
Very fine margins which made all the difference in the end.

The fans mentality however is another matter and good to see Ange called it out before the game, but I guess us not winning the league is more important to them and would most likely the same if it was any other set of rivals in this position.

There's still one game left, City have it 99% in the bag, all we can do is beat Everton and hope for the best.
We've been improving year on year and only need a couple of tweaks and players and I feel we will get there sooner rather than later.

No not happy or celebrating that we lost a game, but happy that now you will probably not win the league, big difference, don’t you get it?

And every Arsenal fan and I know a few, that I’ve spoken to over the last few days said they would be exactly the same if it was the other way round

Arsenal only have themselves to blame losing at home to villa & parking the bus against city last time out , thought Spurs gave it a good go tonight against a very good team that haven't lost in over five months ,

They actually thought that Spurs were going to get a result against the best team in the world, delusional laugh

Other way round? rofl it’s like asking what foot wear I would like to put on to walk on water… irrelevant question.

I'd PMSL, if Chelsea or Newcastle, or both win their last two games, and Spuds lost to Sheffield in their last game and they ended up in 7th instead on goal difference rofl

Spurs I felt gave it a real good go & I still don't think the penalty was a penalty, not sure why the Arsenal fans are so upset with the spurs fans , if the roles were reversed they'd be exactly the same
