I'm not sure the Lotus counts as a "convertible" - it has no roof so it doesn't "convert".

On the opposite end of the scale to the Ferrari, fair play to the previous owner of the Lotus, averaging nearly 2k per year is pretty good going for something that has no roof, any sort of creature comforts, bone shaking ride anywhere but a track, and then added a 490 upgrade, because 410 isnt enough in that thing. Good stuff.

What about the Maserati Grancabrio, especially in MC form - if it’s one of the best sounding noises in coupe format, it definitely is in convertible format. I’ve had coupe and convertible, both are ear-gasmic.

Lamborghini all the way for me please. The price on the Ferrari is incredible. That must be an order of magnitude more than the new price? One mile between annual services, likely trailered to get there and back.

Oh yes! I had a cabrio and I think it was the best sounding car I've owned. From the exhaust point of view anyway...

LC500 sales have been ridiculously small. It remains to be seen if this will ever lead to raising values. For next few years falling prices are very likely. Eventually its possibly one of get them while you can cars once people realize how rare it actually is.

Lambo looks incredible there.

The Aperta would be amazing also, I've never driven a Speciale but would like to.
The fact that car has never been taken out and spanked silly is just pathetic.

Lotus does nothing for me.

SLS still looks great today, and that engine is awesome!

And the one I want the most, by far.

Interesting that a 675LT Spider carries a £130-150k premium to the 650S while a 765LT Spider is £200k rich to a 720S…I know that Speciale A is quite rare but that premium is utterly insane to the base car.

I’ve had mine about 14 months and I’ve only seen two coupes and one other convertible on the roads and that’s it.
My Kia Stinger is the same - nobody bought them.
Can’t imagine they’ll ever go up in value but it’s nice that they’re so rare.
Most common question is ‘is it electric?’. Hell no smile
