I've tried sending a message to info@pistonheads.com but am getting delay messages from Gmail saying they can't manage to send to that address (description here: https://support.google.com/mail/answer/7720)

Is this something you're aware of?

We're having some issues with that address (well, the inbox attached to it) but normal service should resume in the next few days..,

In the meantime drop me a line if you like? James.drake@haymarket.com

On a related note, I've just tried sending an e-mail to a vendor for a classified ad.

After typing in my message, and adding my e-mail address for responses (in the "Add E-Mail" dialogue box - not the message itself), the dialogue boxes turn red and a message pops up under the message box stating, 'Please do not use html code, email addresses (including @), swear words, or web page links'.

Obviously, my e-mail address for any response will contain "@" so it's a bit odd that i) an option is given to send an e-mail to a vendor but ii) the software prevents you from sending one with a reply address confused

Advice appreciated.

We have some key words that we look for as spam in the message also - obviously I can't type them all here but try removing anything that says our website in it.... If truly stuck, then paste the message here and I will let you know the issue.
