Good work Joe, looking good. bandit

I commented on Insta when you got it (marky996gt3) but yours is the model to have as far as I’m concerned. Early two tone model. Lovely.

I hope to add a one to the garage further down the line. It’ll be that or a 968, for some relaxed touring when I decide to stop taking the GT3.

Anyway, spring has sprung and I look forward to more updates. thumbup

Thanks pal! I mean you own the two best drivers cars in the 996 GT3 and a 205 GTi so high praise indeed.

My old man's 205 GTi is currently away for a bit of mild headwork and a cam and 4-1 manifold just to waken it up a tiny bit after everything else was renewed.

I'll have another 996.2 GT3 one day. Absolute peak GT3.

Ha, cheers Joe!
I’m loving the 205 at the minute. Just drove home from a nightshift in it. Got some tinkering to do later.

Sounds like some worthwhile mods going on your dads. bandit
That car of his makes mine look ready for the crusher. hehe

Have a good weekend anyway. thumbup

Dropped the wife off at work earlier and filled up in the way home. Bumped into this beautiful 320i coupe which was on its first outing after restoration.

They are terrific things. I rather regret selling my blue SL500.

Managed about 300 miles this weekend (you forget the impact of a 5.0 V8 on fuel when you don't use it too often... )

My lovely wife had some planning to do for school so I thought I'd try and go and have a decent drive and of course get some top down pics.

I absolutely adore the proper drivers cars but when it's this hot these are far nice places to be, music on and just waiting about.

Next year I'll treat it to some new dampers, it's the only thing that lets it down. They just feel a touch tired and the rear.

Thanks pal!

Annoyingly fuel pump started being a bit noisy when I was putting it away (light had just come on) went and stuck 20 litres in and it's gone.
