It's en route to Bordeaux. Key is safety for the bike. I can sleep rough laugh

If your going Newhaven-Dieppe get the night boat and sleep on that.

Arrives in Dieppe at 6am so all day to travel.

Dfds do a midnight from newhaven arriving at 5am.

I don’t think I’d fancy a full days riding after that though.

I wouldn't sleep well. I've done that from Hull and hated the bunks

We typically catch the 17:00hrs Newhaven boat, then stay at the Ibis van Druel (link below) in Dieppe then head off to Le Mans in the morning, been doing it for a few years. We're often 3-4 nice cars, at least ones we're precious about. Often several bikes there as well. There's a new restaurant just round the corner and the place is cheap, clean, with off road parking just outside your rooms.
