How long do adverts remain ‘awaiting moderation’

I put together a classified advert and submitted it on Thursday evening, and it’s still showing as ‘awaiting moderation.’

The FAQ said it might take a working day, but I thought I’d check in case there are any issues.

I emailed the address with my reference as suggested, but haven’t heard anything back.

Can someone help me out please…..

My Ducati advert went live, but this afternoon I had an email saying it had been withdrawn as PH don’t do non-used car adverts any more, and that I should place an post within the marketplace forum under motorbikes.

I duly did this, then had another email saying that my post in this forum had been removed for breaching rule 6, trying to sell something for personal gain….

Isn’t that what the email told me to do? What did I do wrong please?

You did nothing wrong posting you bike advert in the Marketplace forum; it was unfortunately a mistake on behalf of the moderation team in deleting it. Sorry!

Please go ahead and re-post the advert and we'll try and make sure it stays there.
