Mk7 Transit P00BD Fault code

Just seeing if anyone can give us a clue, we've got a 64 reg Mk7 Transit tipper which is throwing a P00BD fault code.
We've replaced the MAF (on the intake), but doesn't seem to have cured the issue.
I've connected the Torque app to read the fault codes and whilst it's running, it's showing an air temp of 215C ! and the throttle's at 94%
Anyone got any ideas before we take it in?
