Having enjoyed the books, I just finished Series 2 on Paramount . It was definitely watchable, but the final two episodes can only be described as ludicrous, in my opinion. Disappointing.

Oh, I hadn't realised this had been made for TV, I enjoyed some of the books (that is, I've only read some of them, not that I read them all but didn't enjoy some of them) so I'll have a look for this. I just wonder whether it might end up a bit like "Tracker" based on the Jeffery Deaver Colter Shaw novels, which seem to bundle an entire book into a 40 minute show.
