lethargic blower

hi folks - my hvac (interior cooling) fan seems quite lethargic (2016 Cooper D F54). you can wind up the speed of course but the noise of the fan versus the air coming from the vents doesn't really tally.

any thoughts or is it just a mini thing?

I have my settings for side vents only (i.e. not the floor or the screen)
