Best ISP for business use?

Hi guys,
We are currently with demon at my office and wish to change to another ISP.Who should we go to that is reliable/cheap?

For leased lines, especially outside of London, no-one comes close to Demon for price. They went through a spate of network problems when they were switching over to Thus a while back, we looked at changing but would be paying around 50% more for a 2Mb LL to go anywhere else.

I've used Nildram at home for my ADSL for about 11 months, no complaints at all. Stable, quick and competent staff. They're mainly a business ISP so do a good range of ADSL and leased lines.

I've also been with Nildram for many years (they used to host PH). Pretty good on the whole.
