Email server.
Windows 2000.

We've been hacked several times recently - I'm guessing cos we have a 2MB, 24/7 connection. All been repaired, firewalled etc.

Anyway, the machine's behaving like it has a screen-saver. The normal screen image begins distorting (frantically) and slowly fades in and out with graduated colours.

It's definitely not a screen saver. Has anybody come across this?

Nah. It does look a little like it, but I'm fairly sure it's not. The screen is a Sony flatpanel and the distortion is what you're likely to see on a CRT.

Incidentally, I haven't forgotten about your video request. Hopefully Luca and I will find a time when we're both free and we can upload a fat wmv file.

Oh OK, didn't know it was flat panel.

No problemo - got the small one up on my site like you agreed, whenever you get the chance with the other.

Cheers.
