Cheers for organising last night Andy! Apologies to Blade for punting him off before Turn 1, unfortunately got squeezed by 2 cars coming together on the left, and owing to the lovely view that driving in-car provides I was oblivious Blade was there until I crashed in to him paperbag

Good effort by all concerned who made it to the finish, good effort all! Congrats Kitch on the win (0 penalties...eek), and I look forward to hearing where we're racing these GT3s next - was it 90 minutes of the Nurburgring or something...? scratchchin

Thanks for last night.
I was beyond tired as had a crazy weekend out in the bike all day both days (making the most of the weather) so was just happy enough running around on my own at the back.

Definitely need to use these cars for something again.

Oh Andy360. Thanks for the wheel settings the other day, they are spot on.

Thanks for last night, well done Kitch, top drawer that mate. My own race kind of petered out after an enthralling battle with Chunkychucky, Matthewm94 and andyc for 3rd place but after the first pit stops we got spread out then a mistake coming out of the first Ralentisseur cost me 8 seconds and Chucky got away from me i then switched to a more fuel save strat in the hope of extending out the pit window to try for 3 stops, i probably needed the rain to last for another lap and by the time i realised i was going to be just short it was too late to do anything especially as the front two didn't make any costly mistakes, so although it ended up being a lonely race i thoroughly enjoyed it and would do it again, maybe we should make it an annual event.

I forgot about that - when the 4 of us were nose-to-tail separated by about 1.5 seconds I was chuckling away, reminded me of doing GT3 Cup races on iRacing hehe

Plenty of places inspired by real life that we could do endurance races that I think would suit these 996s - Nurburgring 24 hours circuit, Daytona road circuit, Silverstone GP, shame there's no Bathurst... driving

Thanks again for organising Chris
This was a great idea. Over the moon with my result after some really competitive and clean racing.
Please let me know what we're thinking next.

This was great fun, thanks Andy for organising! Very keen to do something similar again, but think Chuck will be the man to beat - I think he'd have won Le Mans if it wasn't for his PC sending him into the gravel about halfway through and losing 10-15s!

I only play when I race here. You can tell that pracice makes perfect smile .

I think I got round the corner at the end of Mulsanne once without crashing hehe

Ran out of fuel on lap 9. It actually wouldn't move any more. I'd just pitted, but must have done something wrong in the pits, as I was red on the first lap out.

Despite everything, I enjoy it and try to keep out of the way.

I wish I could start at the back, and avoid being shunted off. It took 20 seconds to sort myself out. I kept the 20 second gap for about 3 laps - which I was quite happy with.
