visited the takeaway last night. I don't know what happened, call it a moment of madness or a rush of blood to the head.
I chose a pizza with olives silly

first and last

The missus lad got to pick food the other night for doing well at parents evening, I fancied a kebab but he didn't want kebab van instead wanted Lebanese from UberEats

So I selected mixed shish....

Anybody want to guess how much that was? and how much would people realistically pay for it?

I was home alone the next night so got myself an XL Doner form the local kebab van.

Looking at your profile, I’m going to say an arm and a leg, €21.99.

8 pieces of chicken and some rice? I'd be aggrieved if it topped £7 but I'd bet we're talking double that

I'd say that would be £8.99 from somewhere around here with a can of diabetes thrown in, though if down in London I wouldn't be too surprised at somewhere asking £20 for that.

Manjaros? I'd want it under the grill another couple of minutes to scab the toppings up a bit, but i'd smash that.

To put people out of their misery, its a mixed shish so lamb and chicken and was £16 (Milton Keynes), it did include a pop of chilli and garlic mayo as well.

Wont be going there again thats for sure.

I wish I liked olives, but they just taste like dirt to me. All of them. My GF loves them and she's had all manner of Olive, all the best ones and they all taste the same to me.

Perhaps it's like the gene thing with Corriander rofl (which I love so swings and roundabouts).

Bearing in mind the pot of sauce would have been a quid, I was bang on then. Take away connoisseur.

Catering for a party of 25 ….. Illinois style.

Big box of salad…. Not many touched it. Murrcans.

Big tray of Mostacciolli pasta … ate leftovers for 3 days’ lunches afterwards!

LEFT : Big tray of “roast beef in gravy”, served with a massive bag of French bread rolls, and either sweet or spicy peppers… all went
RIGHT: Big tray of fried chicken …. all went

lick

All of that for $220 delivered!

…with a decent loaf of bread at $6+, it’s easy to see why so many eat out or order for delivery!

Wife out, kids in bed, boxing on... The ring walks along way away tho... Need sustenance...

This was £15.60... Including two sauces on the kebab and chips, plus an extra topping of Jalepeno on the pizza. I couldn't complain at that price. Pizza is 12" for reference.
