Indeed it is (according to the EA). To be fair I respect the guy for building something he really wanted.

Oh, go on one last new town abomination:

I have no idea why, but I don't mind that last one.

Maybe?

I just found this thread to post this. Felix's pirate dream/nightmare is back on the market for, I think, the third time in the last few years.

It looks fun though. I bet grandchildren enjoyed visiting.

Your challenge: find me a less aesthetically pleasing house than this specimen…

The Twits would love that, they forgot windows were also used for looking out of.

I get that this is “affordable” housing but can’t say I’m a huge fan of this floor plan.

If they're well made that doesn't look bad as a first home.

Agree. A lot of people would be pleased to buy that

Yeah seems OK to me as a freehold starter home, probably better than a leasehold apartment.

Looking at those floor plans hope the walls are good quality though, all four of those kitchens are in close quarters.
I remember back when having a modern semi-detached that the sound of a knife on a chopping board can really travel!

I'd be more worried about the headboards than chopping boards..!

Very rare that a place would be equally eligible for this thread and the property pawn thread as well!

I thought building regs didn't allow a door from a toilet straight into a kitchen?

You're fine if there's a basin in the toilet.

You'd lose that bet. Felix never had kids never mind grandkids.
