There is only so much freshwater on the planet so how many times has the water in my cup of tea gone through a person before it ended up in my cup of tea?
Apparently water from the tap in London has been drunk at least seven times before.
Squeezed out of a turd by Thames Water, bottled water is looking like a necessity these days.
Where do you think the water that is bottled has been previously?
I was hoping it had been filtered through the rocks of Derbyshire or wherever rather than a Thames Water filtration plant.
Before it was in the rocks it was in a rain cloud and before that it was water vapour so could have come from anywhere. Thames water might be a better option that say the River Ganges (just).

Well, not really a question but the fact that monster munch aren’t meant to be the shape of a monster’s hands or feet.

It's the shape of the monster's head isn't it? And each flavour has a different monster and hence a different shape

Why did we stop using the GB badge we've had forever and started to use the UK one?

I find it baffling that in a time where inclusivity is championed the very people that champion said inclusivity deride the move from GB to UK. UK is seen as a leave thing, GB is seen as remain thing. It's all rather ironic. I see it as more inclusive and feck all to do with Brexit. Yet the remainers froth like a gammon over the switch from GB to UK.

What happens to old police cars in the UK?

Presumably they don't drive them until they die, are they sold off in auction?

Where did all the hovercraft drivers go?

The ones who drove the really mahoosive SRN4s across the channel (not the piddly ones that go to the Isle of Wight)

It was a pretty niche job, where do you go from there when they were stopped?

Start a new career. They have some transferable skills, or at the very least an ability to learn new skills.

There are plenty of niche jobs which have no real equivalent outside of the profession. Think of how many military roles there are which have no civilian equivalent. What would say a Warfare Officer do after leaving the forces, or a Submarine Captain?

What they do have is some transferable skills in leadership, strategy, planning etc.

I know a fighter pilot who ended up very senior in an energy company.
