Amateur hour returns, it seems. Was that two cars that didn't have their wheels attached properly? Insane.

Ooh, comedy pitstops.

Thankfully no-one injured, big fines incoming for those two teams.

Be a bit unfair if the Redbull gets a penalty, they probably didn't expect to get hit by a flying wheel

Unfortunate to be involved in someone else’s accident, but they still let their own car go with only three wheels attached, and risked serious injury to the dozens of people in the pit lane, many of whom were distracted by the first flying wheel.

Other than cars crashing into each other and driving off the track, have there been any overtakes?

One or two at the back, which is one or two more than we’re going to see in Monaco next weekend!

decentish solid result for Antonellli 4th in the main race and fluffed his start in the sprint.
Bearman throwing away a good chance of a win with stalling.

Caught up now.

They've had something of an education today haven't they smile

Imagine being a first timer at Monaco, green track and then it rains... Good practice for any first timer crane operators here too!

Aaarrrggghhhhh, had forgotten the support race practice sessions were still on Thursday at Monaco!

Will catch up tonight, it’s not usually an easy weekend for the kids.

Enjoy the catch up, it's been two pointless yet quite dramatic sessions thus far biggrin

This is an interesting qually format, splitting the cars into two groups (odd and even numbers) and sending them out group at a time.

They’ve done it for a few years at Monaco now, it avoids the total chaos that would result from having 30 cars on track at the same time.

Seen it elsewhere in other series.
Can cause an imbalance in results if one group gets a clear session and the other suffers red flags.
Thought Hadjar’s near miss in the Tunnel showed skilful reactions - could have been very nasty.
