1997 TVR 3.9l V-8 K&N Oil Filter
Discussion
Thoroughly enjoying my new TVR and wish to change the oil for the new season.
I have been using Penn Grade motor oil previously as it still has additives to reduce camshaft wear in it.
Along with the upgraded oil, I would like to use K&N oil filters for my car but cannot find a listing for K&N anywhere for a 1997 3.9l Rover V-8???
Any help appreciated or alternate suggestions?
Best,
Chuck

Thanks, everyone, for your help!!
K&N does not list TVR in their information on our side of the pond. SURPRISE?? Their contact listing said to call, and of course, they were closed and you could only use Word to contact and use a new password? WTH???
So I turned to old reliable PistonHeads for help and they came through again! Thank you all so much!!!
Keep the flame alive, somehow buy another lottery ticket that's a winner!
Maybe too much wine tonight??

Again, thanks for the input!
Lots of stuff on the net, info overload!
It looks like the new K&N filter number is HP2000, and the old one is ERR3840.
After clearly too much time on my hands, decided to try the Royal Purple 20-253 this time out?
The sound of this car puts such a smile on my face each time I start it up! Such a cheap date I am!!!
