The pad isn't even likely to touch that very edge of the disc.
Looks fine to me.

I know but they fail it if it's cracked on the edge. Could they deem this a weak spot and thus potential to crack?

I very much doubt you'll have any difficulty at all. And it'll only cost you £54 to find out the answer.

It’ll be fine, looking at the surface vs the rest of it… it’s barely a mark. The pad will hardly touch it, if at all.

I'd be more worried about all those holes someone has drilled into the discs as a potential point of cracking...

They'll pass IMO. Especially if used a bit before hand so less visible and you don't point it out to the tester.

As others have said I'd dress is out, then keep and eye on it. How long does it take to fit a pair of disks and pads, 40 to 60mins. So no hardship if you do end up changing them.
