Shes entered an Order “temporarily staying” the requirement for trump to have to file his CIPA Section 5 notice in the magalardo stolen classified documents case, where trump had to disclose to the Government the classified materials he intends on using at trial.

Cannon set the May 9th deadline on April 10th, knowing full well the timings of the New York trial.

Hate to pick you up on this Byker, (as you do such a brilliant job making life easy for us all,) but in that clip, Trumpy does state that there is a Gag order in repsonse to 'the first question' when he replies there is a gag order stopping him from answering - the first Q being 'is Michael Cohen a liar' or similar? I dont think he is replying to 'Will you testify?' - I may have misread and it is only a minor point but someone would normally have jumped down your throat by now.....

Maybe Judge Merchan is finally getting through to DJT after all.... or is there a possibility he is finally listening to his lawyers??? (Fat chance of the latter)

If he wants to demonstrate Cohen is a liar he can do so through the trial process.

And not in California either (and last year there was a lot of anti-Trump graffiti, but that's gone now), but cross into Nevada (at least the hick-town north) and still plenty Trump banners and signs.

Judge Merchan has talked about two to three more weeks for this trial, according to a disgruntled trump anyway so I don't know how true that is.
