I am thinking of buying a Raq4 Server off Marshy, but i may have a problem installing it in the existing network.

I may have got myslef in a pickle with promising to offer online updates and progress of there projects via the company website.

The problem i have is that 1 server (currently W2K server) is used as a mail/ftp/ICS machine. all other machines are on 192.168.x.x ip address and the main server on 212.x.x.x live internet IP address (Static).

As i want the Server and will buy it, how would i use it for the website to be avaliable over the net as if i connect it to my existing network it will only have a 192.168.x.x IP address.

Any help appriciated.

How do you connect to the Internet? If you have some form of router or gateway then you just map it to forward all requests for port 80 to 192.168.xxx.xxx Make sure the machine is well tied down though and is fully patched.........Or before you know it all your disk space will be full of porn and illegal software and your bandwidth will be zilch!!

I dont know all this free advice its no wonder I'm not making any money

Email me via profile if you need any more in depth stuff.
