noodles in a pot

Lady and gentlemen, let me present you with the most authentic Indian noodle-based curry on the planet...
(I think it's safe to close the thread now)
Used to be, but it isn't now. I remember when these came out and you got the Scotch Bonnet Pepper sauce, and I threw the whole lot in and I couldn't eat it. (I think it's safe to close the thread now)
Now they're put some non-descript sauce in the sachet, and I can easilly polish two of them off without breaking a sweat.
The King, literally, is dead.
I know they aren't in a pot, but these deserve special mention IMO.
Had them for the first time lastnight and they are awesome! Hot enough to build up a good sweat and be a little bit of a challenge, but still really tasty.
Apparently there are some extra spicy versions of these which are around 2x hotter, i think those would be INTENSE.
Going to buy some more of these regular ones and stir fry some chicken and stir fry veg to throw in.

Anyone else find that they need two cups to feel in any way satisfied?
Asking for a friend....
A friend told me that, too.Asking for a friend....
There's not much in the Samyang ones to be fair - you tip the water away before adding the molten lava sauce and you're left with not a lot.
It's a bit like the difference between Chop Suey with some noodles or Chow Mein

Can't be arsed to rotate, but got 6 of these from Amazon, nice and spicy, my fave ones so far.
Those 2 x Spicy ones are certainly the hottest i've tried so far (and i've purposely tried to find the hottest) but it's a raw heat and not that tasty. As regards the 'not in a pot' issues - it doesn't matter really as they are all the same and generally available in a pot or packet Besides I never eat them out of the pot anyway I can remember when I was a kid my Dad laughed when I'd pour my Pot Noodle onto a plate to eat and the looks he'd give me for making a sandwich out of them was priceless
When I started working for LG Electronics twenty of us had to go to South Korea for three months
My favourite at the moment are these.............
Definitely not hot but depending on my mood they sometimes are.
Will probably be having one in work tomorrow if so will post my preferred method for this type.

Thought I would give Kabuto noodles a whirl today.
Not all that impressed, the chicken broth is nice but the noodles themselves are kind of grainy... however it is a decently sized portion.
The supermarket ones are a paltry 85 grams;) 5 grams less than a Pot Noodle. Not all that impressed, the chicken broth is nice but the noodles themselves are kind of grainy... however it is a decently sized portion.
Ok here’s this mornings “snack”
These are both Chajang flavoured ‘sauces’ (roasted black been) my dilemma is that I prefer the noodles from the cheaper brand and the flavouring paste/sauce from the more expensive brand......so I mix them up
My additions today were dried mixed mushrooms and some dried veggies also a thick slice of home made bread.
This type of noodle is by no means spicy so I always pep it up and get some heat into, hence the bottle of Bloody Mary sauce which makes an amazing condiment
Gotta go.............

Two schools of thought here - sometimes I'll bung the lot in at the same time and not drain the water off and end up with a lovely soupy stock. Sometimes i'll drain off most of the water - depends what you have with it i suppose.

I always keep the water, eat the noddles and drink the remaining spicy inferno soup. It's a bit like the difference between Chop Suey with some noodles or Chow Mein
