Hi

I am ready to be flamed for not putting this in the right place etc

Had an accident today clear non-fault and 3rd party seems decent enough. They went into my side whilst I was driving past at low speed.
We defo need a new wing & front door plus the the whole side painting and wheel refurb or replace - there's no sill damage I can see. The WBAC for our car is 11k.
Biggest challenge I can see as to whether ours will be write-off is the the front wheel angle is bent in at the top/rear (see pic)

I'm with Adrian Flux - policy is with AXA apparently. Called AF claims line and then put you straight through to a 3rd party mgt co (Auxillis)
They obviously are offering to handle everything - they called Axa to help arrange recovery but Axa are closed so they're arranging someone else. Ideally I don't want the car writing off but feel it's quite likely. I guess I might consider buying it back / repairing if that was an option - again though not sure on the wheel (axle aspect).

I just want to know how best to handle this so I'm least out of pocket. 3rd party is with direct line.
Should I stick with Acc Mgt co, go direct to Axa or go to Direct Line?

Thanks for any advice - I've got a bit of a foggy head around it so extra thanks for your patience!
