Thought I'd start a thread to avoid cross talk in the main lease deals one...

I've ordered one (will be my wife's car, replacing a Qashqai). No delivery date yet but we wanted to push it to late May / June anyway as that's when the current car goes back.

Had a better look around one yesterday and interior space is huge which I'm very pleased with due to having young kids with enormous child seats.

There's apparently an issue where the timed climate control can set off the alarm. A mate who works at Nissan tells me there's a fix so I'm hopefully going to check it's been done before delivery.

They don't appear to come with carpet mats, so unless Alphabet supply them (I know some lease companies do) they need to be bought. I'm not keen on the price of the Nissan ones for a 2 year lease!

Unfortunately it's not supported by OVO anytime yet, which means I will probably move electricity supplier when my contact is up. Although the Renault Megane is supported so that may suggest it won't be too hard for them to support the Nissan.

Anyone taken delivery yet?

Already got a charger (EO, not compatible with OVO either) from the grant a couple of years ago so changing that is not a (financially) sensible option unfortunately!

I assume you went for the advance 87kwh one with sky pack.
I thought they came with the plush carpet.
Yeah that's what I've ordered. Everything I've read points to no mats included.

Hopefully someone on here will get one delivered soon and we can confirm!

Sorry if I missed it, but how much down and how much per month?
Something like £340 on a 1+23. Can't remember exactly.

Quite a few people signed up from the "best lease deals" thread. I'd imagine they're all gone now.

We have now scheduled delivery for 29th May, with collection of the old car the same day.

Anyone recommend any carpet mats?

How are people getting on with these?

Ours is coming on Wednesday.

I ended up ordering a set of mats from Amazon for about £20, which seems ok quality wise.

Will be stuck charging at 20p/kWh for the first month or so due to OVO still not supporting Nissan and being locked in to a fixed deal.

Will probably switch to Intelligent Octopus Go after that as you get a good cheap rate every night and both cars (I have a Cupra PHEV) should be supported for the odd "intelligent" charge.

Sounds good!

Ours is the exact same spec by the sounds of it.

It'll be my wife's car and first EV (although I do have a PHEV) so hopefully she likes it!

Delivered this morning and all happy so far...

Rear seat space is excellent for massive child seats. Our rotating one (which is incredibly bulky) made front seat passenger space a bit tight in the previous Qashqai. In the Ariya the front seat can be all the way back and there's still a fair sized gap!

Boot could be a bit bigger but is fine.

Pano roof is nice too.

Would like a bit more "creep" like a traditional auto and cannot fathom why the parking brake doesn't come on automatically!

The "kick" boot opening is the favourite gimmick so far!
