Audi A1 roof trim coming up drivers side

Car has had a new windscreen recently. The trim keeps popping up. There is a rubber seal on it, not sure if it's damaged. How can I fix it?

Windscreen installation looks savage.

Was it secondhand?

Car is second hand. I thought the black glue looked like a messy screen replacement job too. Still need to know how to fix the strip.
