Hope you’re all well chaps.

This was a very tasty piece of Wagyu rump, with a mustard peppercorn herb sauce and some twice fried flattened chips. Probably one of the tastiest plates I’ve had in ages.

Perfect

Anyone know why it’s doing that?

Thanks Tony. I would expect to just be able to upload my iPhone camera roll without having to piss about.

Can’t stop making and tweaking this. Yesterday’s guests all loved it. Kimchi was Costco. Sambal also shop bought.

I was going to show a great rise on the souffle,
couldn't find the pot I'd normally use, Homestore and More awaits.

As I'm not brave enough for the steak thread thought I'd post last night's dinner in here. Had a busy long weekend with lots of golf and DIY, so needed filling up yesterday.

Got a dry aged T Bone out of the freezer, and did that with boiled new potatoes and a massive salad.

Steak was a couple of inches thick so was tough to cook - went with 3 mins in the pan each side, 10 mins in the oven then another 2 mins in the pan each side.

Came out medium and was medium rare next to the bone, so just about what I was going for. It was also highly enjoyable.

Sticks.

Never mind Sean, it's all in the wrist you know.

Meanwhile, this has been delisted everywhere round here, so I took matters into my own hands. Should keep me busy & a bit fragrant for a while.
