Blokes a total waste of oxygen. Loads of people pointing out that it's an offence, lots of his supporters saying it was a photo taken publicly and already available on Twitter, but presumably not inspecting the actual law (quite apart from it being a morally awful thing to do).
He said that people should look up the definition of "revenge porn", but it seems to fall under the legislation:

She was likely what might be described as an "intimate state", and they almost certainly don't consent to to being shared by anyone, let alone him. The photo was a paparazzi shot but likely wasn't intentionally "upskirting", but the intent at the time of the photo was taken doesn't matter in the legislation:

I seem to recall there was quite a trend amongst the paps a few years ago to try and catch pictures of celebs knickers, or lack thereof. They were always there when they got out of cars trying to catch THE shot. They are a contemptible bunch of scumbags. The fact that this picture was even IN a photo library is abhorrent. At least he's firmly nailing his colours to a mast. I'm loving the general meltdown across all the right leaning social media usual suspects (and plenty here in PH). These recent results have been signposted for months so shouldn't have to come as a surprise to anyone who wasn't living in a complete bubble.
I can't wait for the total meltdown when the GE elections are finally held.
