Couldn’t make this is up… next door neighbours are Chelsea through and through… ages ago they put this date on the diary to have us in for Sunday dinner… not only did it arrive in the first week of the season that they’ve climbed above us .. they’ve done us by 5… I’m properly getting it !

What is scary is that form from the back end of seasons often carries through. Our trouble started seasons before last when we fell away sharply at the end and have never really recovered.

Time will tell, obvs, but he's a massive squad re-build to get stuck into & will soon (if not already) realise sully's a monumental, spiteful old who won't keep any of the promises he's made.

He has a decent record, managed at Real and Spain national side, but walked from wolves after falling out with their owners.

Still, our league form's been garbage for two years & DM should've gone (or be backed) summer '23 so fk it, lets get on with it & get some players in/out.

Did the dirty on the national side,as you say walked from Wolves.
Not sure him or his brand of football is an upgrade ( doesn’t play through the midfield apparently)but can only wait and see.

I'm not up on WH's medium term history but wouldn't be surprised if Moyes was your most successful manager of the last 40 years.
