Cantilever parasol base

I've just bought a seglaro parasol and need a base and wondered if anyone just bought an amazon jobby or do you need the ikea one to fit?

Lidl did have bases in last week I think. The issue with the big bases is you need the weight to hold it down. Needless to say not all bases take the same size weights! So ensure you work out what weights the base requires!

Oh and ensure the stand of the parasol actually fits in the upright o the base. Just because they are the same manufacturer, same retailer etc doesn’t mean they will!

At the moment I'm using four patio slabs and it's ok but looks a bit £2.99 but not sure on the weight.

I've ordered a set of Amazon so will see what it's like as it's rated to 100kg.
