Fast forwarding Spotify on head units?

Hi people,

I have hunted hi and low for a car audio player that has the ability of fast scrolling songs on Spotify, or the ability to flick to a certain part of a tune using touch screen perhaps.

I am so sick and tired of waiting 2 minutes for my tunes to get to the best part.

I prefer double din head units, but I'm willing to try anything at this point.

I know its a strange question, but i thought car lads might have experience with this, or at least know enough to tell me it doesn't exist.
