XC40 B4 Dashboard Message

Any ideas what this message means? Keeps popping up. Seems to indicate rear lights and boot floor illuminates!

This pops up when driving. Bizarrely I have discovered last night the tail lights on intermittently when the car is parked!

Double checked boot and no obvious issues. Booked in for a check- first date available a month away!

Battery drained overnight, called breakdown. After some head scratching traced to a faulty earth hidden away in the boot floor.
