Sorry, not sorry.
If the egg was hard boiled instead of poached it could easily be mistaken for a picnic.

That just won't do. Can't be having soggy fried bread.
Unless some of it soaks up some bean or plum tomato juice lick

I have been bemoaning the absence of middle bacon and my mother-in-law found some at an indie butchers and bagged some for me.

Here we have three slices grilled and wrapped with the knob end of a french stick.

Breakfast offerings in the Cathay Pacific lounge in heathrow T3.

Not that great tbh, but the cooked to order dim sums looked good.

I ended up just having a bite then going over to the BA lounge and the breakfast looked a lot better there - plus unlimited access to the wines and spirits

Lightly toasted Ciabatta rolls with breakfast ingredients on top is always a winner

Yep....Right up my street that.

Voldemort....Crispy rind or rind like rock?
When I buy middle from the butchers I get rind like rock so to save my teeth I eat around it. Maybe it's the way I cook it.

Crispy, crunchy and delicious! I just grilled it under a pre-heated grill for a couple of minutes/side. Butchers is Middlemiss in Otley if you're ever that way. https://www.middlemissbutchers.com/

Hashbrowns look exactly like the frozen ones you get from Morrisons (my kids love them).

Inspired by all the recent fried bread offerings -

Bread started in pan with melted butter - then transferred to Air Fryer to join the Black Pudding. Eggs then cooked in same pan - but went a tad over/not as unctuous as I like them. Mushrooms - love em - just sautéed in a bit of butter and pepper. Mug of builders tea.
