Cheap floor mop thing with spray function. Remove the mop head and fill the bottle with a broadleaf killer and wander up and down the lawn giving each dandelion a blast. Zero back strain or graft and lets the daisies and other things live. The mops are usually £10-15 on Amazon.
I get dandelions, and daisies in my garden, sometimes bluebells and occasionally even oak saplings pop up, but I don't really mind any of them, they're all positively benign compared with the bindweed and blackberry that invade everywhere.
