Anyone used TrainPal?

Last week I booked a train ticket on TrainPal, entered my email address etc. for a confirmation email. It never came. Tried creating a profile on the App, but no verification code came through to my email. Website has no customer number. I have got some dialogue going but they are not exactly forthcoming to confirm how I get my ticket at the moment. Anyone used them before and can advise how I get my ticket? I think the website said I simply enter my credit card into a ticket machine at the station. I don't have a confirmation number thought.

Yes, in fact I've done a search on all my folders. Nothing.

Out if interest, why did you use them and not The Trainline/A train operating company?

I'm visiting from the US and a UK friend recommended them.
I've since got back on the website on a different computer and clicked My Bookings and lo and behold my ticket info showed up. Not sure how that worked when I didn't enter my email address.

OK, stand down, issue appears resolved. I still don't get a verification email on the app though in order to create an account.
