The thread cleanup that happened way after the disgusting stuff was posted was so extensive that even my comment about it being disgusting which didn't contain any of the actual content was removed.

Over correction, to hide embarrassment.

Someone from PH needs to comment on this because I've been here a loooooong time and never remember seeing anything quite like that.

Brushing it under the rug and deleting criticism is the wrong approach

re your post earlier today..

The ones who WANTED spurs to lose, are the same knuckle draggers who still sing about Sol Campbell. Two brain cells amongst them all and one of those is a bit iffy... sometimes i feel ashamed to be within a hundred yards of them

Most have an IQ lower than their body weight in kilos

When there is a chance that spurs are still in it, i want them to win.. no ifs no buts.. We played better last night and lost than we did against Burnley

Add Udogie to Micky Ragusin Romero and Porro and there is a good solid back 5

Get a forward who plays up the middle and can score a few will take the pressure off Son We need a good solid squad, with players who can accept that they will not play 90 mins every week, There are calls that Lo Celsco Skipp and PEH should be sold but like Davies they are a good solid back up.
We have that Swedish? youngster coming in, who, if the clips are anything to go by, will be like VDV and Vic, a bloody good buy.

Roll on next season.. With Ange maybe this time next year..... and thst is whay i have supported Spurs for a long long time

Some of the most disgusting posts I saw last night, I hope PH report the matter to the police, as it is a hate crime.
Liverpool fans doing what they've done consistently over the years on here unfortunately, nothing will be done and they will be back. there's at least 4 or 5 current posters on that thread who have previously been banned for exactly the same thing. God knows why they saw fit to invade here though, not like it had anything to do with them.

On to the game im not sure why people have their knickers in a twist, thought we gave it a good go, atmosphere was good, sonny scores that chance and its a different game.

Yet another poor pen decision, what an absolutely bizarre year of referring we've had
To bring club rivalry into such an appalling hate crime is breathtakingly tasteless. This is about human behaviour, nothing to do with who they support. Please show some class in your postings.

It's absolutely acceptable for the subject of the post to kick back and be angry.
Keep your head down and accept the right to be angry.

I'll take my own advice now

Man City won, Arsenal fan cried and a Liverpool fan posts sick picture on a Spurs thread.

Oh, ok, say no more - laughter emoji probably not appropriate then. FFS it's just football, people need to get a grip of their lives if the outcome of a match can have such an impact on them...

Your lot will be in trouble with the Gooner Gang on Sunday if you fail to beat the best team in the world too .

Doesn't matter that they have not lost a game since October the 8th & won their last 9 on the spin ,

Really?

From what I saw Spurs gave it a go and Son matched some criticism that's previously been raised here. Considering City's record against you there was a slim hope, but no real expectation from fellow gooners that I know.

Depends which West Ham turns up, they've had some good and some very bad results, it's the hope that kills you.

Either way I'll be at The Emirates raising a pie, cheering on a team that have pushed Citeh to the last game of the season and other than some leggy performances have been in the main entertaining; most players have given their all- can't ask for much more than that.

Anyway enjoy your trips to Sheffield or you can always watch City on Sky Sports and cheer them on again (kidding! I know you'll be watching us on TNT instead wink), let's hope some of us can dent City at least one more position next year, ahem do a bit better in Europe all round and perhaps even watch Kane win his first trophy in the summer beer

Sorry my bad, hope your cart track fills up like an Old Trafford changing room, Ange chins Levy on the way out to manage Bayern and whilst concussed he brings in Moyes to try and secure a Europa Conference cup..

Better? wink

Dobbo - it wasn't over correction although I understand why you're annoyed about your legitimate post being removed. The mods would have wanted to get rid of everything that even referenced the sick post otherwise if someone says something like "Christ, that post was bad, hope we never see it on here again etc", the thread won't make sense as the sick post has gone.

Hope this explains things. I was moderator on the football threads for a couple of years and it's a thankless job although I would say, they were slow in acting last night/this morning.

TBF it all kicked off around midnight, I doubt the Mod crack team were hiding round the corner in their black Maria. I quoted the guy & had my post deleted & no complaints, it was genuinely disgusting hate, way over the line.

Move on eh.
