Everyone struggling to get set up here, lots of bumps and kerbs causing problems. Even the Red Bull is bouncing like a GLS Maybach down the straights.

Less than a second between the top ten bodes well for the weekend (hopefully).

Until the race when Verstappen will win easily.

The Ferrari upgrades are clearly useless. Only a 10th faster than Russell in a Merc that hasn't been competitive so far this year isn't a good sign.

Once Red Bull get the ride height sorted then it will be the usual Red Bull wins by a mile bore fest.

If you can get your arse on a plane and a hotel booked.
Starts looking at cheap Skyscanner flights to Bologna Airport... biggrin

Edit: BA flight leaving tonight and returning Sunday night is crazy expensive! Damn frown

It's 1006 miles to Imola, we have a full tank of gas, half a packet of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses...

M1K3 you are a complete star but sadly my weekend is all booked up with cycling, beer and family! I hope you put the spare ticket to good use- what a few days you will have!
I think you need to look at your priorities. Would it help if we crowdfunded your travel expenses? I'm sure M1K3 will have booked a double room so if you play your cards right that will be covered too.

I'm not so sure. This has all the hallmarks of a honeytrap.

P2 underway, and Williams have two cars still very much in bits, after the electrical failure that stopped Albon in P1.

It's hard to know for certain, but Ferrari, Redbull and Mclaren look encouragingly close so far.

Does Piastri have all the updates from Miami on his car?

Yuki seems to be on it.
