Possibly, it is private land so could be towed away I imagine by the parking company that manages the car park. Because you could drive around it it wasn't the end of the world so perhaps no rush to deal with it.

Still can't believe you paid over £40k for a Skoda... . But it's not about the mild inconvenience for us, it's about the massive inconvenience and peril faced by those who aren't as mobile, or pushing a pram, or blind.

Re the injury claims, would insurance cover the cost of a claim if someone trips and gets injured on what is clearly negligent cable laying? (Arf arf)

You don’t expect people to actually park on their drives do you?
If there’s one thing the last three years has taught me it’s that having a two car drive means never parking two cars on your drive. See my numerous posts on this very thread for examples.
