I looked up the number plate and it said 4.7 litres but according to Wikipedia it came with a 7.5 litre V8. Either way should be plenty.
I'm not so sure!

Wiki said the early 70s 7.5 litre V8 produced 255bhp in a car weighing virtually 2 tons. At least all that weight in the front should stop the driven front wheels spinning. laugh
Rear wheel drive but anyhoo.

Lovely car, but I can't imagine it has a positive effect on fuel economy to drive around with the air brake permanently deployed.
I'd say not, but its an Intergale after all, not like you are going to be covering 600 motorway miles a week. When out and about, be out and about smile Love them.

I was probably one of the few Integrale owners with a rear spoiler fitted who never raised it once during their ownership. Looks a bit “trying too hard“ to me and not at all necessary for such a vehicle.
I always thought the same! Similarly, E30 M3 Sport Evolutions with the adjustable front splitter/rear wing, don't look too bad in standard trim, but with the splitter dropped and the gurney flap on the rear wing raised they look silly to me driving on the road - fine on track though, i'm an odd soul...
See also 996.1 GT3s with the adjustable top element of the rear wing. nono

Ones ending on CC in a few hours.
I thought everyone knows the cars sold in online auctions are always not as good as ones sold in the usual manner. Also why would anyone use an online auction company with such abysmal Trust pilot ratings?

Just because a well known tv presenter has a share in it? laugh
Aren't CC effectively just an introduction agency?

Saw this come off the boat on the isle of man last night, quick search reveals it's seemingly the only Lm400 currently registered!

It's not a rear spoiler, but similarity I didn't know until a couple of years ago that a bit under the front splitter on an Escort Cosworth was extendable. I'd never seen one extended!

Yes, it came with the required bits in a bag in the boot IIRC, homologated for circuit racing only. I’ve been around a lot of RSs in my time and I don’t think I’ve ever seen it either!

I always used to raise the spoiler on my Corrado.
Mainly just to check it still worked.

My comment referred to the Buick Riviera, and they were FWD!

You sure ? - I remember the Toronado (and Eldorado) being FWD but not the Riviera.

Riviera didn't go FWD until the late '70s. This one is RWD.

Late post but had to put things right. I owned the car many years ago and can confirm it is a Evo not sure where the Evo2 comes from that used to be for what is now the 2.5 Evo Sport. Different wheels and rear spoiler changed. It is no. 287/500.

Saw a black Lexus LFA in convoy with what was possibly a 993 GT2 and a more modern GT3 or GT2 this morning on the A29 heading south

I would love that as a daily. I bet it goes really well. Would sound great too with some mods.
