Is there any way to fix the milky nut syndrome? I've just bought a car that has this and it bothers me.
No, if you want them back to an immaculate state then No, you'll need a new set. Cost be around 1k for a new set of 4, from an OPC.

Owner has used abrasive cleaner fluid on wheels and brakes. Look, it has milky nut syndrome.
Why do this ?, PCCB are so easy to keep clean
Nice ride though.

First sub £120k 991.1 gt3 rs being sold at a opc with a warranty I’ve seen.
Interior not looking it’s best, but at least they have priced it on a more level playing field.

With the VIN being WP0ZZZ99ZGS188628
and with G in the last 8 letters, does it mean it is of G series engine (the best engine for 991.1 GT3)?
Have there been any known failures on the G series engines?and with G in the last 8 letters, does it mean it is of G series engine (the best engine for 991.1 GT3)?
Certainly puts me off that model longer term, why would you take the risk

Is the chip bad enough to require brake disc needs replacement, or just an annoyance?
This is one reason I went for steels
The large chip adjacent to the spoke is big enough to scrap the rotor. Odd it has chips in the disc, and paint chips on some of the calipers (pic 71) at low miles. This is one reason I went for steels

Scrapping one rotor means scrapping the other on the same axel so a £10k bill...993rsr said:

axle should be replaced at the same time. Does this not apply to ceramic brake discs?
Agreed, I bought one almost identical the one above on CC and glad I had ended up with steels, although the dust is ridiculous!
Also, I suspect we will find out this car is actually jet black metallic. Basalt black is metallic and would have to be PTS back then which I dont think was possible. In the brochure the options were black or jet black met, implying the black option was solid.

In the sunlight of those pics it doesn't appear to be metallic. Looks like solid black to me - which is the best purist inky black in my opinion. Also, I suspect we will find out this car is actually jet black metallic.
