Police Scotland are not going to knock the door of a shed in Uzbekistan or Nigeria or wherever.

And people keep mentioned ‘them’ as if there are humans actually doing this Lads, it’s a script, running on a computer. Likely not even in a shed, but on a hacked server in some data centre somewhere and almost certainly not within the jurisdiction of Police Scotland.
