Hi everyone,

I bought an ACO membership to get buy my tickets last year. I recently had someone from the ACO phone me and leave a voicemail asking if i had received my ACO membership card. I haven't received it (and honestly didn't know it was a thing) but was informed about the ACO app which shows a virtual card instead.

Do I need the physical card for any reason over the weekend? Sorry if a silly question. This is all very new to me.

Many thanks.

Great, so nothing major then. I assume the virtual card in the app is just fine for that use case as well.

The card will show on the app, which as far as I recall, is about the only useful thing about the app. I always take my card, but the only times I use it are for registration to get my wristband and for any shop purchases. You should have received a card and there is still plenty of time for it to be sent and received. I'd remind them.
Thanks, I will call them this week and ask for it to be resent. What is the wristband for that you mention?

For access to the members' areas, e.g. at La Chappelle and the cafe in T17/T18.
Great, thank you. I will try and get a physical card sent then on the off-chance I need it.
