The revised price and comments against the GT4 would suggest that the bidder isn't quite as convinced as he was.

Looks like some of the comments are a little prickly over the exhaust.

Imagine admitting to being that stupid in public.

Not a 1 owner car so very brave/misleading statement claiming the car has def NEVER been smoked in or tracked.

Strange, bid on what they thought was an RS. Ooops it wasn't, ah well will bid on whatever it is.
Looks like a nice car, all questions answered politely and with decent detail. Selling cars can be tough.

Your right, from that description and those photos, I can see how easy it would have been to think it was an RS.

Unsold at £113,096 (incl fees). £145k list, 3 months old, 600 miles, wonky front number plate😉 Quite a niche spec I’d say

Majority want PDK which looks to have had an impact on bidding up a reasonable amount.

The ad is top cringe

"Driven for just 600 miles, it is sure to be an exciting find for collectors, and is ready to showcase its impressive breadth of talents out on the new owner’s favourite roads and tracks."

Obviously.........

Shocked it didn’t get bid slightly higher, significantly the times I guess.

I’m more in the “shocked the owner didn’t take the money” camp. Niche spec with buckets as SJMW said and plenty of nearly new cars around for not much more.

March 24 OPC dar which was £145k list advertised for under £130k. Given that I am not sure what the owner thought he was going to get for this car…

Said it had outstanding finance, maybe the £113906 wasn't enough to clear it?

Gone are the crazy days when OPC's were saying you couldn't get a GTS at list and you'd need to pay overs.

It is starting to bite I think, i had cause to deal with my local OPC last week and the service i received was excellent...that is unheard of in recent years.

Funny

I had a bit of rubbish service ordering some parts. They didn't turn up after a few weeks and I had to chase. No one called me back so I went it to see what was going on. The coffee machine wasn't even working. I was shocked.

Personal taste, obviously, but neither of those appealed to me on account of the combined naffness of the rear spoiler, privacy glass and black wheels.

Also not a fan of buckets for road use.
Don’t need GTS power upgrades - Base, T or S would be fine.
Do like a Manual though
Colour is nice, but on a more discrete spec.

So, as said above, CC one is a ‘niche’ spec but would put a lot of people off.
The owner bought into the hype and was probably made to believe (either by OPC salesperson or otherwise) that his chosen spec would be viewed by the market as a viable alternative to a GT3 and probably make some profit

I agree ... a touring car in good spec with many GT3 type characteristics and a sunroof. I think if it had sold at that price many would have said ... look at this bargain ... and whilst the spec knives are out, there is a "custodian" for every car and this car already has a disappointed owner who may or may not have been sold the profit "dream" by their OPC ...
