Good effort.
Mine been sitting in the garage hoping there may be a dry day opportunity for a run but alas I surrendered yesterday. Connected the battery charger and put the snug indoor cover on. Can't see her moving for a while now
oh no! I know I need to search, but as you are here... do you leave handbrake off, or do anything else for storage longer than a month? I very rarely use the handbrake at all so its off.
Left it in park, its got about half a tank of super unleaded (a more full tank is prob better but hey ho) and my tyre pressures are just standard psi rates.
Again best practise is to probably over inflate them but I haven't bothered though if they were even slightly under I would be putting more air in them.
Other than that I just make sure she's clean and dry before going away.
Battery tender connected to the 12v socket in boot and a cosy cover on to protect from dirt and dust.
IF a dry clean road day came along I might be tempted to start her up and give her a quick run around before sticking her back in the garage but I'm.sure she will be fine for a month or two.

Well, I had the vanquish 2 on the market, took an 8 speed for a drive to see if it was worth the extra to buy a newer low kl car and decided that the difference was not worth the extra cost. I was only changing to go lower in the kilometer department so I could enjoy driving without guilt of too many kl's.
what a dilemma, you have friends for advice and Graeme of v12v gave me some sage advice "why don't you buy another car and share the kl between the 2 of them " he also had a suggestion so here it is, I kept the Vanquish and added an Audi r8 v10. So here it is. Vanquish on saturday and the Audi on the sunday up the mountain.
It's an interesting experience going from one to another.

Travelling back from the in-laws earlier and snapped this. Looks like a DB12 Volante prototype, but why? Model is now in production. I am sure someone will have an idea.

Assuming it’s KY23 MRV, looks like it, wondering why checking three data bases it comes up as an Aston, but none list engine size?.

Could be many reasons. Ongoing durability testing (car companies will often launch and sell once confidence is established but the actual target mileage not yet achieved; using a prototype to evaluate some possible new changes or technology for the next facelift; investigating an issue reported from the field; a car coming back from supplier test and development programs..
I also believe prototypes no longer have to declare their engine size as it can give away potentially confidential future changes
