How could he not know Mrs Misra was sat in front of him? I don't believe him.

I think they are reliant on complaints? Or can they be proactive?

The guy last week quite all of his directorships the day of the hearing... or day after, I don't recall wink

He cannot in all conscience continue in the role of a solicitor, if in fact he is still employed as one.

It is extremely interesting how the strong professional code and ethical basis that is - at least in principle - at the core of the legal profession is really allowing the legally qualified people involved to be held much more strongly to account than the executives in POL have been.
It's pretty clear many of these lawyers don't give a fk about the code of conduct they are bound by.
Clearly, the code is still useful because it can be used to hold people to account.

I'm going to the talk he's giving in Hays, West of London, on Sunday. It should be interesting.

It would be good if someone could produce a 30mins highlights package - DOTD or something
There’s a handful of channels on YouTube that do this, just search for post office and they start appearing shortly after that days stream

Unless it is pointed out to them that they replied to an email about it or said the next day that it didn’t apply to the Post Office!

Well, if my experience of them is anything to go by, then I would say their teeth need sharpening.

False evidence by Post Office’s expert contradicted his own report https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/uk-68857142

Anyone believe ANY of those responsible for this debacle will ever see the inside of a prison at His Majesty’s pleasure?

My suspicion is that GJ might be the only one. I haven’t kept close to much of the detail on the inquiry, & I like to believe there will be enough people perjuring themselves that there could be more…..but I have my doubts.
